It's still E3. 5 seats initially and an additional 5 after you've sold 25 seats of O365. Dynamics kicks in after a certain number of sales are made. It's Dynamics 365 Plan 1 you get and it was just added a few weeks ago I believe.

As a member of Microsoft Partner Network, I have recently paid for a Microsoft Action Pack subscription for access to internal use software and other benefits. This gives me 5. Jun 01, 2012 Can someone clarify Action Pack and Office 2011? Microsoft has said that Office 2010/2011 is cross licensed for VL. Office 2011 is part of Technet but seems to be missing from Action Pack even though I saw a press release that said it was available for 'Technet for Action Pack'.
