I did some troubleshooting with the users MBP and couldn't find any wrong settings.Therefore I tested some setups (two MBP 13' 2015 & 2017, macOS 10.14.3 & 10.14.4 beta and with two Windows devices both Lenovo Carbon X1 6, 17763 build).1.
