Outlook has started auto-correcting my email address to a misspelled version when anyone in the company (including me) types in my address in the body of the message - it adds a g at the end of my name. It just started happening a couple months ago. I've tried these instructions but the misspelled name isn't in these dictionaries. How can I get it to stop doing this?

Excellent instructions but did not solve my problem. I want to delete 'German' from the dictionary because it should always be spelled 'Germán' with an accent. How do I delete the non-accented option?

I feel your pain, as it changes EHR to her all the time. but finally figured out how to do it: file, options, Spelling and Autocorrect, AutoCorrect Options, Replace ehr with EHR, OK. It will ask you if you want to change as ehr was to be replaced with her, say yes.
